1. Processing & Handling Times

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is on its way, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking link. Please note that tracking details can take 24–48 hours to update in the logistics system after dispatch.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes (Australia-Wide)

We ship nationwide across Australia. At checkout, you can select from our two tailored shipping tiers:

  • FREE PRIORITY DELIVERY

    • Cost: FREE for all orders.

    • Delivery Time: 7–12 business days from dispatch.

  • PREMIUM INSURED DELIVERY

    • Cost: $3.95 AUD.

    • Delivery Time: 6–9 business days from dispatch.

    • What's included: Faster transit times plus 100% Full Cover Insurance. If your grooming tool or package is damaged, broken, or lost by the courier during transit, we bypass the standard carrier investigation and fast-track a brand-new replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.

Note: While most packages arrive well within these windows, regional or remote Australian addresses can occasionally take an extra 2–3 business days.

3. Multiple Item Orders (Split Shipments)

To offer you the best possible pricing and maintain steady stock levels, our grooming machinery and tools are sometimes shipped directly from separate specialized distribution hubs. If you purchase multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages a few days apart. Do not worry—tracking is provided for all parcels!

4. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Once an order is processed by our fulfillment system, we are unable to change the delivery address.

  • Barbell Barbershop is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

  • If a package is marked as successfully delivered by the courier but you cannot find it, please check around your property or contact your local postal hub before reaching out to us.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you selected Premium Insured Delivery and your item arrives damaged, or if your tracking completely stops updating for more than 15 business days, please contact us immediately. For damaged gear, please include clear photos or a short video of the tool's condition so we can process your replacement instantly.
